Returns and Refund Policy

Products sold by us can be returned within 5 days of a product being delivered. Post 5 days of your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in an unused condition in original packaging and the warranty registration should not have been done and in the same condition that it was received by you.

Masks if opened is not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure that correct size is ordered.

You will be required to submit a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

On receipt of your returned product we will notify you via email regarding the receipt and also regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days of the acceptance of your claim.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. We will not be refunding for items that were bought on sale or clearance.

Shipping

Cost of shipping to Getfast Pharmaceuticals Private Limited shall currently be borne by the company. However, the company reserves the right to recover the cost from the customer.

Kindly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
